Commission Terms ⁺₊✦
✦ PAYMENT METHODS➥ Wise
➥ Payment must be 50% upfront and 50% upon completion, or 100% upfront — the client can choose
✦ EXTRAS➥ The prices listed are starting prices. The final cost may vary depending on the complexity of the artwork.➥ Extras such as additional characters, animals, objects, or complex backgrounds will have additional costs.
✦ CANCELLATION & REFUNDS➥ Completed commissions are non-refundable.➥ Cancellations before the sketch is finished will receive a full refund.➥ Once the sketch or any further progress has been delivered, no refunds will be issued.➥ If the artist cancels, the client will receive a refund for the amount paid so far.
✦ COMMERCIAL USE➥ If you want to use the artwork commercially, an additional fee will apply, agreed upon before starting the work.➥ Even with commercial use, artist credit should be given whenever possible.
✦ REVISIONS➥ Please be clear and specific when requesting changes.➥ Free revisions are only available during the sketch stage, with up to 2 revision rounds.
✦ CONTACT & CONFIRMATION➥ By requesting a commission, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.➥ All communication will be done through DM or email, where I will send progress updates.➥ Orders are processed in the order they’re received, following the commission queue.➥ The estimated delivery time is 2–3 weeks, and may take up to 1 month.
Larger or more complex pieces may take longer.➥ This timeframe is an estimate, not a guarantee. Many pieces may be finished sooner, but extra time is allowed for unforeseen circumstances.
✦ USAGE RIGHTS➥ Do not use my art for NFTs or AI generators➥ The artwork is for personal use only, unless commercial use is purchased.➥ I retain the right to be credited as the artist and to showcase the artwork in my portfolio and on social media, even if it’s used commercially.
